This Internal Information System, also called Ethical Channel, is born of the commitment of Transintercano, S.L.U. with the normative and legal compliance. This has been created and implemented in accordance with the requirements of Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons reporting regulatory offences and the fight against corruption.

To ensure the confidentiality of the system, as well as the security and integrity of communications, you only have access to the communications/information that is submitted, the natural person who has been designated as System Manager by the Transintercano, S.L.U. In no case does any other member of the company have access to this System.

Any act that may constitute retaliation under article 36 of the aforementioned Law 2/2023 of 20 February is strictly prohibited.

This channel can be used by anyone, whether part of the company or outside it, who is aware of or has evidence of the existence of behaviors that generate regulatory, legal and/ or criminal violations.

Communications and/or information may be submitted either nominally or anonymously, as well as any questions regarding ethics and compliance. All communications shall be received and analysed in a diligent, rigorous and confidential manner and treated according to the established procedure for this purpose, based on best practices, with the aim of giving them an answer and an orderly treatment.

This channel cannot be used for the submission of complaints or claims related to the services provided by Transintercano, S.L.U. as well as for sending commercial communications.

This channel is not enabled for the reception of Curriculum Vitae (C.V.). Any C.V. submitted through this Channel will be destroyed immediately.
